Hi. I am trying to conceive since last 6 months. I had a miscarriage in dec. After that my periods became irregular. My doc suggested me to take progynova and duphaston after ovulation till my periods start. I am now 3 days overdue but they have not started. Took a pregnancy test but it is negative. Please suggest should I continue or stop the medication.

It takes about a week or so after stopping progynova and duphaston to get your periods. If it's been a week already then you can wait for a few days more. If you still don't get periods then you can consult your gynecologist for an ultrasound or consult.

Hai. As long as you continue proynova and duphaston, you will not get your periods. You need to stop it and wait for 3-7 days to bleed. Before trying to conceive again, please ask for a pelvic scan to make sure endometrial cavity is regular with normal echogenecity. Best wishes.
