I am having vaginal itching now. Can I wash my vagina with dettol water? As I don't have any kind of vaginal wash. Or is there any other way to prevent it at home?

If you need wash the vagina with salted warm water,
And keep your genital area always dry,
Change your innerwear 2 times in a day,
Drink plenty of water

Hello. Please don't use dettol or any other form of vaginal douching as these alter normal vaginal flora. The itching may be due to vaginal infection like candida, trichomonas or bacterial vaginosis. Its important you consult a gynaecologist and get appropriate treatment as per the cause.
