Could I wash alopecia areata to dilute dettol antiseptic liquid than apply coconut oil, would be best for treatment of it?

Hi Mr. lybrate-user, cases of alopecia areata need to be treated with caution. I suggest do not apply any liquids externally unless prescribed by a qualified physician or dermatologist. As mishandled cases can lead to cicatricial alopecia leading to hair follicle damage. We can't expect hair growth if it goes to that stage.
