Hello doctor. I'm 25 years old female. I am trying to get pregnant. I have pcos problem. So doctor gave me letrozole 5 mg tablet from day 3 to 7. On the day of 15 my follicle size was 16 mm and on the day of 20 doctor told I have a hemorrhagic cyst of 3 cm. My egg was ruptured or not. Can I get pregnant in this cycle with this cyst?

Hello.. Once the egg is more than 3 cm than it is known as follicular cyst and it doesn’t rupture .. Try at least for 3 to 4 cycles with letrozole.. Once in folliculometry it shows a follicle of greater than 18 mm than take inj HCG for follicular rupture and do timed intercourse ..

Egg is rupture along with hemorragic cyst. If u have been having intercourse a day before and on the day of ovulation. Chance of pregnancy still exsist
