Hai, Subserosal fibroid will not deform the lining of the uterus and so it may not be a cause for the miscarriage or the tubal block. Many times HSG has technical errors when the person instilling the contrast into the uterus is very competent. If you did not undergo D&C following the miscarriage, your tubes are not likely to be blocked. So you have to 1.Rule out Polycystic ovaries 2.Undergo another HSG in a different set up or go for hysterolaparoscopy for complete assessment. Placentrex injection is for healing inflammation and encouraging proper development of lining of uterus to avoid further abortions. Best wishes.
