Hi gauri doctor i'm 24 years old and unmarried girl. I had laparoscopic surgery 9 months ago for right ovarian cyst 9 cm and i'm taking dinofirst2 mg tablet continuously 6 months 2 per day. But this tablet not stop my period spotting or bleeding or start period with abdominal pain something clots. This happens from 6 months. I have taken 2 ultrasound scan 1st one is 12 dec results 2 cm residual cyst on my right side. 2nd scan results is no cyst on my right ovary and left side ovary is not showed. Minimal fluid within endometrium cavity. Thickness is 3 mm endometrium. So doctor prescribed me femilon 63 tablet continuously without break. May 22 19, I have done scan, report is normal. Doctor prescribed me 1 week ago continue femilon or freedase for 42 days without break. Take on 3rd day of period. This is my history. I'm attend age at 11 age. Now my age 24 i'm suffering from heavy bleeding from my 11 age. Can you please tell me how can I cure this.
