Hello regards. First I would say that nothing should be diagnosed without getting examined by a specialist concerned. because hundreds of conditions can cause simple bleeding or pain. Second pain and bleeding is a symptom of anal fissure especially pain during defecation. Simple smuth cream won't help if it's really an anal fissure. Take lots of fluids and fibre rich foods. Avoid taking red meat. Do sits baths (hot tub baths) thrice a day. Apply cremagel cream locally thrice a day. Take tab lyserd twice a day. If you are constipated then take some still softner like softovac granules bed time with water. In case you don't feel improved then better to get your self examined by a proctologist or a general surgeon.
