Hello doctor, I am 16 weeks pregnant. My last ultrasound scan shows my placenta posterior low lying and my cervix is 3.1. Can I travel by train 5 hours journey. My gums said I can travel she advised 1 injection before travelling day. But my and my husband both are confused we do not want to take any risk please help.

Remember two facts 1) travelling does not cause any problem 2) sudden problem can occur to anyone in her bed or during traveling. So the only difference is if you are at home you can reach to doctor faster and if a sudden problem occurs during traveling it takes time for you to reach the doctor.
