Hello doctors. On jan 4th sexually exposed protected but during sex the condom was break after 20 days I got some rashes on upper hands. I went for pcr dna test after 60 days was negative and 90 days of hiv tridot and hbsag, vdrl also negative. Again 110 days, 118 days and 128 days and 174,177,180 days hiv tridot also negative but still some non itchy rashes appearing on my upper hands near fingers and wrist is this related to hiv? My tests are conclusive. Read less.

For rashes meet dermatologist. Hiv-4th generation test which tests both antibodies and p24 antigen. After 4 months of exposure if negative is reasonably reliable.
