Hello, thanks for the query. With blood glucose remaining around 300 mg/ 100 ml and bp 160 / 110 mm hg, you are bound to feel tired. Ideally blood glucose in a well controlled diabetes should be fbg < 100 mg or closer to 100 mg, pp 150 to 170 mg & hba1c% < 6.8%. Bp should be 120 - 130 / 70 to 80 mm hg. Therefore, there is a need to upgrade the current treatment. Plus there is a need to give closer look at diet, weight and extent of daily exercise. Thanks.
