I had cleaned my ear following ear blocking after swimming. The doctor used suction to clean the ear. He also said, there could be inflammation, so to not to do swimming for sometime. However, the next day I started having slight pain which gradually increased. Sometimes I feel the pain spreading to the throat too. Today I felt a slight discharge from the ear. Please advise me if something has gone wrong while cleaning, could there be a possibility of ear infection or is it just an inflammation.
