Any case of infertility has to be evaluated thoroughly ideally having both husband/wife investigated simultaneously. The important and mandatory tests to be done include tubal patency test for the wife, ovulation study and husband's semen analysis. Without doing a proper evaluation, or even a trans-vaginal scan in your case, it is wrong to prescribe certain medicines like evacure. Evacure is a type of multi-vitamin containing the inositols (myo-inositol along with d-chiro-inositol). This tablet is ideally given to a pcos patient with hormonal abnormalities like insulin resistance, etc. This is not an empirical medicine that could benefit every patient from infertility. This is particularly pertinent when you have not even been evaluated properly. I recommend you go to a dedicated infertility clinic and have yourself thoroughly evaluated. Only then start taking any medicines. If in any case you do feel like popping a pill everyday don't take anything apart from folic acid.
