I am 31 year female. Last month I had to got d&c procedure as baby was not developed in it's 7-8 week. So during d&c procedure we were advised to go through test of karyotype and pcr to know the reason for the issue of foods not developed. The pamp (identification of mycobacterium tuberculosis pathogen associated molecular pattern) came positive. This lead us to believe that I had diagnosed with genital tb. I have started treatment through akt4 from yesterday. So I wanted to know what could be the reason for this type of tb for which I do not have any symptoms plus do I need to go for any further tests? Also after medication how can we ensure that the tb is properly eradicated? Is the procedure 100% full proof? How can I ensure treatment is going well ,any test to verify during the coarse.
