I am a 64 years old, with diabetes for the last 30 years but under control as maintaining hba1c around 6.6. No bp problem but takes prostrate medicine silofast 8. No swelling on feet/legs but my feet remain heavy as if the blood has collected on the feet. Kft, lft, cbc, vitamin d and vitamin b 12 are normal and also walk for around 4 kms daily with normal weight. Why my feet remain heavy as if blood has collected on the feet? Any further test/investigation recommended /

Hello, thanks for the query. From the given information it appears almost every parameter is within normal limits. So it is very difficult to say why the feet (lower limbs) feel heavy. You may have to get those examined by a physician and see if the blood circulation is normal. Or is there any need to get some tests done to check the blood flow. Thanks.
