Yes, You can take restaurant food once a month. With caution. But it will be better if can avoid it till recovering. Are you an alcoholic? Any history of chronic diseases like t2dm htn etc. You can take jondila homeopathic syp 10 ml after bd meal 1 month. With chelidoninium 30 remedy 10 droup with 1/2 cup of water tds 1 month.
