We have been married for 10 yrs. We have a daughter who is 8 years old and it was a c section delivery. We have been trying for our second child since last 1 year with no positive results. We have consulted gynaec and have taken allopathy medicine as suggested and have regular intercourse especially during ovulation period but nothing seems to work. There are no signs of fallopian tube blocks and hsg report shows everything fine. Can you suggest some ayurvedic medicine that helps in quicker pregnancy. Her thyroid levels are normal.
