Please read my full query before simply suggesting aciloc or dsr. I am 22 years old male, having a bit of belly fat. I don't eat spicy food or junk food at all, neither do I eat a lot of sweet or salt. Also don't consume much tea. Never smoked or drunk. I do walk more than 6 kms a day everyday. I am suffering from severe gas problem. 365 days a year, 24 hrs a day my stomach and intestines are full or gas. My stomach and lower back area is swelled. Sometimes when the gas is too much lower back starts paining and when I take any gas tablets or come from bathroom it shrink gradually. A month before even if I ate plain rice and daal it feels like green chillies are out directly into my stomach. There was a lot of burning sensation inside, if I don't drink water during eating I can't even eat, but this problem has minimised over days automatically now. I don't overeat also I do drink a lot of water and eat a lot fruits. Every habit written above is true. Nothing of all is a lie. Please do suggest me something. It's very tough to live with this.

I suggest you take a medicine for worm infestation. Have you checked with a gastroenterolgist. Do not sip water with meals. Drink water 30 minutes before or after food. Do not lie down immediately after food. Avoid green chillies, red chillies, black pepper and garam masala. Eat small meals ever 4 hours. Have dinner 2 hours before sleeping. Eat papaya twice a day. Sip fennel water after meals.
