Hello, i?m 35, m. I have been diagnosed for bronchitis and the doctor has put me on a course of medication which is as follows: 1. Azithromycin for 3 days. 500 mg. 1 per day in the morning 2. Etophylline and theophylline prolonged release tablet 20. 1-0-1 3. Benadryl to stop the cough that keeps irritating my throat. 10 ml - 1-0-1 now, I used to get fever due to bronchitis which was fine and understandable. But after 2 dosage of the phyllines (1 night and 1 morning) i?m having fever. My question is can I take paracetamol (dolo 650) along with this course to keep my fever down?
