I am suffering from asthenozoospermia, with the following semen results, total sperm motility of 26%, fructose absent in semen and ph of 8.5 and doctors only prescribed astaxanthin and co-enzyme q-10. Should I take zinc, selenium and docosahexaenoic acid (dha) supplement?

Hello Lybrate user, there are various reasons for nil or low sperm count, it can be intoxication, alcohol, excessive masturbation or many other reasons due to low or nil sperm count you will never become a father in future there should be 60% to 70% motility of sperm for being a father.
