My ultrasonography report says: gravid uterus contains single alive fetus. 1. Cervical length - within normal limit 2. Placenta - posterior and away from internal os. Placenta maturity grade ii 3. Fetal biometry. Bpd - 92.3 mm fl - 73.8 mm ac - 328.4 mm average gestational age - 37 wks 2 days fetal movement ans fetal heart movement are seen during examination. Presentation - cephalic fetal head is low lying in position. Amniotic fluid is adequate. Fetal heart rate - 143bpm. Fetal weight 3155gm (+-) 473gm edd - mobile (+-) 7 days. Comment: a case of 37-38 weeks of pregnancy with cephalic presentation. --------- now, is this report says anything about any requirement of c-section?
