I am ruchita and I have 5 and half years old son. He got fever from last 2 days and also have diarrhea and vomiting at same time. So I want to know tht is it ok to give him powergyl nf syrup for vomiting and diarrhea and calpol 250 mg for fever. Or is there any better medicine for this.

Give him nuxvomica 3x. 4 drops on tongue three times a day empty stomach. Till symptoms subside.
