Dear doctor, I have very humble request for the treatment of my mother kidney diseases. Few test reports are as below: blood urea nitrogen = 63 one month ago 34 how to control it serum creatinine = 5.3 one month ago is 2.7 so please suggest me the best treatment of these diseases.

In general, the BUN around 7 to 20 mg/dL (2.5 to 7.1 mmol/L) is considered normal. But normal ranges may vary, depending on the reference range used by the lab, and your age. Ask your doctor to explain your results. Urea nitrogen levels tend to increase with age I can see it is increasing and it means failing kidney and need a urology checkup
