I am amit, working in a laboratory. I done my own semen analysis. I got 20-24 pus cells. And very low active sperm. Active sperms are only 15-20% suggest me a medicine. Which remove pus cells and increase sperm count.

Dear, Your semen analysis report shows pus cells with immotile sperms. This is suggestive of infection. Infection can be sure to many bacteria. It is treated by antibiotics. You should get a culture and antibiotic sensitivity test done. It will guide the antibiotic therapy. Since the duration of antibiotics may be for a long period, it is better to start out after the culture study. Since you are working in the lab you will know the importance of culture studies. Kindly do not worry, it is a common problem. It can be treated effectively. Regards.
