Yesterday I goes in ictc centre and I do hiv test in ictc centre after sex with hiv positive female .i say to counsellor my condom broken during sex and now 3 month 15 days completed .after report counsellor tell me you are negative and safe from hiv? I asked him can I unprotected with my wife now after negative test in 3 month 20 days he tell me yes .so my question can I do unprotected with my wife now can I 100% safe from hiv risk?

There is nothing 100 % in life. Hiv-4th generation test which tests both antibodies and p24 antigen. After 4 months of exposure if negative is reasonably reliable.
