1.what would be better (for overall health and body toning) to follow only wt. Training or mixing it with running ,cycling, yoga etc. On alternative days 2.what would be the best, cheaper, easily available nutritional source for protein, fibre etc 3.are protein supplements good. Any side effects? Can supplement be taken on non exercising day 4. Best easy solution for acidity, constipation? 5.i feel sleepy, non energized, little muscular pain, burning eyes feeling when I wake up in th morning. All blood tests are normal. What to do 6.what to do to increase happy hormones level all the time in this age of 45 7. When it feels that enough sleep/rest is not over, is it ok to exercise that day then. Postponing exercise for some days make huge gap in workout routine. Again it need to start afresh .in such conditions, which would be best policy 8.any permanent solution for heel pain? 9.is it right to take warm water in the morning and then cup of tea.
