Yesterday I had sex with my girlfriend. And during this she bleeds. I thought that might be the reason of contraceptive pill (unwanted 72). Which was taken almost a week before. She is 5 days behind her periods date till now. Is this any serious matter? Contraceptive pills are the only one to blame this for? Does bleeding like that during sex is something serious matter to look into? Please provide the details in answer.

No it is not serious matter. Most probably it is due to contraceptive pill effect.

Your description is unclear. Be it understood that, if the bleeding occurred while doing sex, it could be the normal period, occurring and an emergency contraceptive if taken a week before can't prevent pregnancy or cause bleeding now. You need to do a urine or blood test for pregnancy and confirm.
