I am 44 years male, no sugar, healthy,vegetarian, since last 3 months had been getting itchy body with light red patches and so had been taking cetrizine every alternate days, want to find a way to overcome and overcome this for good. After taking cetrizine it subsides in 20 min and don't come back till next 24-30 hours.

Whether there is any exposure to certain allergens that needs to be looked at. Or whether you have any insect bite or food allergy has to be looked at. Because cetirizine is just controlling the allergic response, it has no action on the cause. So it is better you consult a skin specialist locally, he should be able to give a specific guidance.
