Hello your blood sugars are still not adequately under control so you should get that sorted out by your endocrinologist. You weight is also not under control which leads to uncontrolled sugars and other metabolic abnormalities besides putting stress on your joints. Regarding your complaints there are a couple of possibilities. It can be a part of diabetic neuropathy, rheumatoid arthritis, hyperuricemia or any radiculopathy. Get a ncv (nerve conduction velocity), mri lumbosacral spine, sr uric acid levels, sr rheumatoid factor, and hba1c levels done. You need a neurologist opinion. Till then take cap gabamax gold after dinner and see the relief.
