I am hiv +ve since 20 years, I am on 2nd line treatment with reatix kit, l have my cd4 test done every 6 mths, lately my cd4 has been going down. My cd4 from peak 600 2 years ago has fallen to 450 but by helper cell ratio has increased. Cd4 /cd8 has increased. My viral load is undetectable but lately little exercise and I start feeling tired and pant a lot. Is this normal.
