But doctor I had been diagnosed with hypochondriasis when I had unprotected sex and was afraid of hiv. From then I feel like whenever I will do sex I will b infected with std even though sex is protected. After that incident I had sex three times and wvwrytime I felt I had been infected with hiv and took tests. Doctor my case is that I wnt to do sex because I am too lusty. But I can not do because of this fear. And this fear is so bad because I feel like I am dying. I am bisexual and I love to do sex with men but I am always afraid of having sex. For an example. Anal sex- is documented as the highest risk for sexual transmission of hiv, receptive and insertive, resp. However if one uses continuos pre-exposure hiv prophylaxis, combined with condom the risk reduces considerably. As for oral sex transmitting hiv- risk is extremly low but theoritically possible. For sex urge- its normal physiological part of adolescent and young adult life. Medications are not prescribed unless its becoming pathologically and socially troublesome. There are other stis to be aware and wary of, some vaccines are available for some infections and they strongly recommended more so when in multiple bisexual relationships.
