Why is loose stool happening after consuming calcilab vitd3 forte sg (1250 mg caco3 (500 mg ca equivalent), 1000iu vit d3 tablet) for vit d3 improvement? 1st tablet on day 1 had 2 hrs after meal (2 pm) and the night was uncomfortable some movements near intestine areas and maybe kidney. So 2nd tablet had immediately after meal next day and was comfortable. But 3rd and 4th tablet after meal is causing loose stools next day morning but fine after stools pass out. Considered ca intake too since I am not consuming any dairy products since 2 weeks before and theron. Had back and neck discomfort. After the tablet I feel lesser fatigue and sleep quota has fairly reduced too. But it was observed in the afternoon (after consuming tablet) I tend to sleep longer and muscles seem to be wearing out then (muscle pain). In the night the sleep is good for about 4 hours and later slight discomforts arise in the intestinal areas. Request to elaborate on what is happening and kindly advice on what to do?
