I was once vitamin d deficient. And I took vitamin de tablets 60000iu weekly for three months. Now levels are normal. But my doctor said I have to take 60000iu vitamin de tablets monthly once for life long. Is it safe to do so? Can I take calcium tablets also with the de tablets. If so what is the dosage for calcium tablets.
