I've been drinking two bottles of wine nightly for three years. I have fatty liver but my blood tests are normal. How much damage have I done to my liver? I was once told by another doctor that two bottles is really not that much. what are the chances i've done permanent damage?

You have been drinking wine 2 bottle nightly since past 3 yrs. Now you got fatty liver which is alcoholic fatty liver. If someone has non alcoholic fatty liver then taking high protein diet with low carb will surely help. In this scenario taking high protein won't be better solution. You need to consult privately.
