I am 20 years old. I have been taking treatment for migraine for past 3 years. I have headache all throughout the day and this has been there for past 3 years I have been taking tryptomer 25 mg and now the dose is 10 mg. Many times I am unable to think clearly. I am unable to observe obvious things and my closed ones are fed up of me. Is this unable to think'because of my migraine?

Your inability is because of migraine but not directly. Means that migraine has no connection with your power to think. However, in your case it has led to and inability to think (concentrate) because of constant suffering and also lack of social support you're having. I recommend you should visit a psychologist (not psychiatrist) and seek help to recover fast. Also, visit a pain clinic / pain specialist for better recovery of the migraine itself.
