I?m a 17 years guy :recently ,i have testis pain, pelvic pain & I noticed my sperm count is lowered & is watery now, so I visited a urologist & when ultrasounds was done, report was normal .my culture report came after 3 days & in report there was bacteria called staphylococcus aureus so doctor gave me levofloxacin for 7 days & he told this bacteria entered to my testicle & so i?m having pain ,he told it requires abit time for recovery but gave medicine for 7 days only, my pain is still there but medicine is finished & sperm count is still watery & low. I?m so worried, can you please suggest me & tell if the doctor was wrong or right ,& should I wait or not because i?m worried about my sperm count & pain.
