My wife aged 35, had recently delivered twin baby girls on 28th march 2019, unfortunately, both of them could not survive as there were 2 months premature. She had an c section delivery, and could not get proper rest, as the only mother was allowed in NICU ward and she was up from 5th day. Now she is not feeling well, she complaints of headaches, dizziness since the episode, we also had done an MRI and the reports are normal. She has been prescribed. Vertin 8 mg palmiges amnurite 5 mg but with least result. Should these tablets be continued or what could be a further course of action, please guide.
