Sir, I am 35 year old ,always have a constipation problem, hard stools ,this year january I feel burning in anus for 10 days used homeo medicine for heat ,it cured in 10 days ,now in july 15 days before pain ,itch ,burning re appeared with hard stool, ayurveda doctor told it's fissure, used medicine 10 days no use, given abhayarista for smooth bowels ,but no use, now from 8 days using allopathy, doctor gave painkiller and antibiotics, with evict fibre, and plants ointment ,still no progress, evict fibre showed 3 days good ,after that hard motions appeared, pls help ,i'm crying silently, how can I have smooth bowel movement? How to heal this fissure?
