This is my 3rd pregnancy. First a stillbirth (normal delivery). Second via c-section. Now I am 28 weeks pregnant. And I am feeling little sharp pains in my vaginal area. They last for few seconds. These pains causes the needle-like pricks and a sudden urge to use the bathroom (even if there isn't much to expel) what exactly is this happening. They are really uncomfortable.

You should visit your obstetrician. It can be sign of urinary tract infection if you have increased frequency of urination too. It will be better to get yourself checked. Also monitor the movements of your baby and in case if you experience any spasmodic pain abdomen with tightness, then its better to visit nearby hospital immediately.
