Swollen submandibular lymph node dimensions 3.4x2.7x1. 2 cm on ultra sound. No other symptoms. Ent prescribed antibiotics and said to visit dentist because of periapical abscess. It?s been 2.5 weeks since extraction and 1.5 weeks since abscess drainage. Dentist said it will take 4 weeks for node to return to normal but I can?t see any significant difference. What should I do? How long will it take to recover? Should I go for fnac!
