Hello Dr. From last few days I feel continue numbness in left lower cheek .pain in left arm. Shortness of breath & dizziness. Excess sweating. Irregular heart rate. investigation.with pain in jaw, left shoulder & upper middle back including back neck. Sometime I also feel flashes. I took all test like ecg .echo cardio & lipid profile. All test came normal. Then I took b12 & d3 test which is very low. (b12-134pg/ml .d3- 9.03 ng/ml) so Dr. Give me med. Related to vitamin deficiency. Dr. Also did cotton test on my face. I can feel cotton but little less in compression to right face. He says it's anxiety nothing to worry. But I am thinking too much that I am facing some life threatening disease.& spending too much on google. sometime I also feel tingling in my whole body including scalp. Mostly in left side. & there is a mild swelling in my left face compression to another. Is I am facing any life threatening disease or its just a anxiety & panic disorder. Please help.
