He should take sitz bath (hot water tub bath) followed by the application of sushruta ointment and lekhan powder in the anal region 2-4 times daily. Put 5 ml of sushruta oil in the anal passage at night. For easy evacuation of bowel movement; he should take 1 teaspoon of sushruta churna with warm water in the night.
