I have pain in my stomach since yesterday when I came back from my school and when my pain was out of control I went to a medical store and asked for medicines and he gave me two medicines named acylock and trigan and when I ate that sometimes later I got vomiting and firstly a lot of water came and then some red coloured liquid and I am very scared of that red liquid is it blood or any thing else.

It's due to medications side effects, drink plenty of water, start with tab. Pan 40 mg twice daily half an hour before food for 15 days along with it mucain gel twice daily after food.
