I am a 16 years old male. I went under ns1, igm and other tests but all were negative. The doctor said that it is a non dengue viral fever. But I have also been experiencing light headedness and tinnitus. Is it something serious. It has only been a few days since the fever (102-103f) started.

If you have symptoms of viral fever and the antibodies are negative, rest assured that you have a non-denue viral fever.
