I have an anal fissure 4 months ago I was certainly on cremaffin for 2 weeks then it was healed but after someday it recurred again I got with cremaffin then again went away now it recurs again but this time pain is less as compared to earlier but itching is more than usual. Kindly tell me why it is itching and should I go for surgery?
