Hi, I am 26 years old and I am late by 7 days on my periods still not getting periods what should I do? I am unmarried ,this is the first time I am facing such situation with my periods I have always been very regular with my periods.

If sexually active do the urine pregnancy test, if not active or pregnancy ruled out then wait for few days or meet gynecologist.

Hello, It is more likely that the delay is stress induced if you are not sexually active. Just wait for another week and if still no menses then you can opt for a withdrawal bleed with progesterones.
