I'm suffering from enlarge prostate last 3-4 yrs. Urimax-d is continuing from last 2 yrs. Psa test done twice prior to 1 year. Sometimes it bleeding and also low pressure in urine. Please suggest. Psa test is required.

What was result of psa? Get usg kub with prevoid and post void, repeat serum psa, uroflowmetry done. If rest normal and not happy on medication then may need turp.
