I am 7 month pregnant and was suffering from pain in lower abdomen. My doctor recommended me duvadilan retard 40 mg capsule. Is it safe to have at 7 months pregnancy?

Hello, Duvadilan retard contains isoxsuprine which is better to be avoided in pregnancy. It is a tocolytic which has no role at 7 months of pregnancy. A tocolytic has a role only if a patient is in threatened preterm or preterm labour.
