Hi, My baby is 20 months old and she had a throat infection for 4 days. The local doctor prescribed antibiotic syrup "akurate ds" with cough syrup. However, she is having severe chest congestion, due to which she can't eat food or medicine and often vomit it out. I just though of muconil syrup which breaks mucus. I have purchased it and gave a dose tonight. Just need your kind opinion if it is ok to use muconil syrup with an antibiotic? I shall be thankful for your kind reply.
