Hello doctor I need your help. I have been suffering lately from extreme fatigue, dizziness, tiredness and loss of appetite. I did blood, stool and urine tests about a week ago. All good except for iron, which was 54 (only 6 lower than minimum. I have been taking iron supplements called feromax since then. Yet I still get those symptoms from time to time along with sensitivity to cold and lightheadedness. Also my family have noticed increase of anger and morning sickness. Could this amount of low iron cause all of this or should I look into other possible causes. What do you advice me? Thank you so much.
