I am (30 yr, f,pcod) visiting a doctor for a baby since 4-5 months. Taking metformin 500, ebexid, folvite, progyno2 mg,ovabless. And done with follicular monitoring which were small (6.6*7.0or3.6) on 7 day. N recently I had t3, t4,tsh test done. In which t4 is 14. 40ug/dl. So should I need to change my treatment becoz of this high t4? Prolactin, t3,tsh are normal.

No treatment to be changed. Wait for the follicules to develop. Give it some time if you have taken ovulation induction drugs.

Since it is almost mid cycle, do not change the treatment modality now. Wait for 2 cycles more before taking a decision.
